The Power of Twelve at Liverpool Cruise Terminal

In the spirit of the International Festival for Business 2014, a unique partnership has been created between 12 entities who have put aside their natural competitiveness to deliver three exciting events for global entrepreneurs and the host venue is none other than our very own Passenger Lounge.

The opening event “Battle of the Economists” will take place on Wednesday 2 July and promises to be one of the key events during IFB 2014. Having seen favourable developments with growth continuing, employment rising and inflation falling, a group of key Chief Economists will look at the UK and international economic prospects and debate what does the future look like?

Up next will be “World According to Finance Directors” which aims to address some of the non-financial issues that companies are facing on a regular basis.

Finally, Rory Underwood will chair the “Leading Across Cultures” conference on Thursday 3 July which offers high calibre speakers who will present their views and experiences on how international leaders can achieve better market penetration. The cultural aspects of doing business will be discussed from a sports business and corporate perspective.

Events are sponsored by the Power of Twelve:

  • Baker Tilly
  • Brabners LLP
